Application Guidelines
- Confirm that motor voltage and power parameters do not exceed specified ranges
- Driver board operates without housing and heatsink; can drive motors below 100W without heatsink but requires normal ventilation
- 5V output port is for external potentiometer or switch only - do not connect external power equipment
Wiring Configuration
Control Port Details
- 5V: Internal output voltage for external potentiometer or switch speed adjustment
- Z/F: Rotating direction control - connect to 5V for forward, GND for reverse
- VR: Speed control port - analog voltage 0.1V-5V or PWM frequency 1K-20KHZ
- Signal: Speed pulse signal output (5V pulse signal)
- GND: Driver board internal control ground
Power Port Details
- MA: Motor phase A
- MB: Motor phase B
- MC: Motor phase C
- GND: DC negative
- VCC: DC positive
Important Notes: Use shielded wires for distances over 50cm from motor. Control port spacing: 2.54mm, Power port spacing: 3.96mm. Ensure proper insulation between driver MOSFET and heatsink/installation plate.
