Current Selection Formula

Select peak current of driver: IP ≥ 2*Irm or IP ≥ 4*Pom/(1.414*Vp)

Where Irm = rated current of motor (A), Pom = rated output power of motor (W), Vp = AC supply voltage of driver (Vrms)

Installation Guidelines

Driving quadrant: The drivers are only used in I & III quadrant
Interference prevention: Hall signals can be disturbed by switched current in winding leads when length exceeds 3m. Avoid interwiring and use shielded leads
Motor insulation requirements: Hall sensors to windings / Hall sensors to motor case / Windings to motor case
Insulation resistance: >100MΩ @ 1500VDC
Dielectric strength:
Safety grounding: The PE terminal labeled on the driver must be connected to the protection earth point of the supply system
