Original JYQD-YL01D BLDC Motor Driver for Amusement Car or E-bike
Original JYQD-YL01D BLDC Motor Driver for Amusement Car or E-bike
Application
RC electric vehicles, two-wheel balance bikes, RC wheelchairs, medical machines, amusement cars, robots, etc.
Attention
- Check that the voltage and power parameters of the motor do not exceed the range specified by the driver board.
- There are Hall three-phase brushless DC motors for drive, but not all three-phase brushless DC motors can be used directly, and a motor with a Hall electric angle of 120 degrees is required.
- JYQD_YL01D The brake function is reactive brake, the motor can generate energy by rotating the brake, which is used for recycling, and it is forbidden to use the brake function during the test of the stabilized power supply to avoid damage.
- The 5V output port on the driver board can provide <100mA current to the microcontroller for control.
- When applying, please pay attention to the insulation and heat dissipation of power devices on the driver board.
- Safe start function: If the speed regulation does not reset after power-on, the speed regulation is invalid. Lifting method -Speed regulation reset or brake reset can be lifted.
1. Control port (right) 2.54 hole spacing
5V —The internal output of the control board is 5V.
EL —Brake control port, reactive linear braking, with energy recuperation function, analog voltage braking 0-5V. With constant speed+, the higher the braking voltage, the greater the braking force 0-100%.
M —Speed signal output port, pulse frequency is proportional to motor speed (pulse ratio is related to motor)
Z/F —Forward and reverse control ports. Hard commutation, turn in one direction with 5V or dangling, and turn in the other direction with GND.
VR —Speed control port, analog voltage speed regulation 0V-5V (0-2.5V) speed regulation, linear speed regulation from low to high. The external PWM speed regulation needs to be co-ground with the driver board.
GND—Internally GND of the controller
2. Power port (left): 3.96 hole spacing
P+ — Power input positive 12V-48V (support lithium battery)
P- — Power input negative
MC/W — One of the phase lines of the motor
MB/V — One of the phase lines of the motor
MA/U — One of the phase lines of the motor
GND — Motor Hall anode
HA — One of the motor hall signals
HB — One of the motor hall signals
HC — One of the motor hall signals
5V — Motor Hall positive
3. Note that the motor line should not be too long, as the wire is too long and there will be signal interference.
4. When working with continuous high current, attention should be paid to heat dissipation
