Installation Guidelines
Important: This centrifugal pump requires pre-filling and should be installed at the lowest position in the system to ensure the impeller remains immersed in liquid.
- Install vertically or horizontally (outlet port upward when vertical)
- Avoid dry running - maximum 15 minutes dry running capability with automatic shutdown
- Use recommended diameter pipes (41mm nozzle diameter)
- Ensure proper pipe orientation to facilitate air discharge
- Install away from heat sources and dusty environments
- Use only recommended coolant mixtures (water with below 60% glycol)
