Important Installation Notes
Heat Sink Requirement: Install heat sink when output power exceeds 60W. Apply insulation layer for all 6 MOSFETs and use heat-conducting silicone grease for optimal thermal performance.
Hall Sensor Compatibility: Compatible with 120° angle three-wire Hall sensors. If motor starts abnormally or draws excessive current, adjust Hall sequence to prevent driver damage.
Power Supply: Do not exceed specified voltage range. Built-in 5V speed control - do not connect external 5V power supply to avoid permanent damage.
