Operation is quick and easy. Simply align the scoring line with the extended lower guide. Lock the upper blade to the exact thickness of the PCB. The lower blade transports and cuts the board while the upper " coasting " blade acts as a guide to maintain proper alignment with the pre-scored groove.

CWVC-1 improves product quality over hand-separation of panels by eliminating the stress caused by " snapping " the boards apart. This stress often causes microcracks in solder joints and/or delamination of boards, both of which can lead to critical failures in testing or the field.
