Describe :

This machine uses multiple cutting method , circuit board cut done by six pieces of circular knife , fluctuation two pieces for a set , constitute a cutting unit , totally three groups . The whole cutting process is divided into three phases , the first set of blade cutting the 40% of the circuit board , then the second one to complete the 40% . The last set of blade separates the products , to finish the work. As each cutting quantity is small , so the cutting process of the stress than the traditional way of a cut, reduced more than 80% , the circuit board split well its edge is flat and smooth , the board is flat .

Round knives will often be sufficient for separating uncomplicated panels or cutting off margin waste. However, for high-grade boards with components right up to the dividing line, better quality can be achieved if the separation is carried out simultaneously with linear knives along the whole length of the board (e.g. CWVC-2L CWVC-450 CWVC-3).
