Introductions of PPGI steel coil :
PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron) steel coil is produced by using hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or zinc-iron alloy-coated galvanized sheet as the base material. After undergoing surface pretreatment, one or more layers of liquid coating are applied through roll coating, followed by baking and cooling processes. The coatings used—such as polyester, silicon-modified polyester, high-durability polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), epoxy, and high corrosion-resistant coatings—are widely applied in construction, transportation, home appliances, solar energy systems, furniture, and more.
