Introductions of PPGI steel coil :
PPGI refers to pre-painted galvanized steel coil, made from a hot-dip Al-Zn coated steel substrate. Starting with cold-rolled steel coil, it's coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy (55% Al, 43.5% Zn, 1.5% Si) and then painted. The material undergoes degreasing, phosphating, and chromate passivation before painting, followed by baking and cooling. This process provides superior corrosion resistance compared to standard GI and GL products.
