PPGI, also known as pre-painted galvanized steel, pre-coated steel, or color coated steel, is manufactured using hot-dip galvanized steel coil as the substrate. The production process involves surface pretreatment, followed by the application of one or more layers of liquid coating using a roll coating method, and finally baking and cooling. The coatings used include polyester, silicon modified polyester, and others, offering high durability, corrosion resistance, and formability.

1.Are the products tested before shipping?
Yes, all of our products was qualified before shipping. We test every batch every day.

2.What's your normal delivery time?
Our delivery time about 15-30days for standard sizes, if you have other requirements like hardness, quanity and width ,it is about 20-40days. But don't worry ,we also try our best for the delivery time ,because time longer and our cost is higher.

3.Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide samples free of charge, but the freight will be borne by our client.

4.Q: What is your payment method?
A: L/C at sight or 30%as deposit and the balance paid against scan copy of BL.

5.Q:What is the difference between PPGI and PPGL coils?

A: Galvanized steel, PPGI, is coated completely with zinc, while Galvalume steel, PPGL, is coated with aluminum, zinc, and a small amount of silicone. This provides superior corrosion resistance and durability over the typical galvanized coating.
