Product Description
Galvanized coils are produced by coating thin steel sheets with a layer of zinc through a process of dipping them into molten zinc. The primary method used is continuous galvanizing, where the steel sheets are fed continuously into the zinc bath to produce galvanized sheets. Another type, alloyed galvanized sheets, are also made using the hot dip method but are then heated to around 500℃ after exiting the zinc bath to form an alloy layer of zinc and iron. This results in a product with superior coating adhesion and weldability.
Galvanized steel sheets can exhibit various patterns known as "star flowers," which can range from large, medium, and small to none at all, depending on the specific manufacturing process and parameters.
