Introduction of PPGI steel coil :
PPGI steel coils are manufactured by continuously applying a layer of either galvanized or aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy onto steel. This production involves three main stages: initially, the steel surface is thoroughly cleaned and chemically treated to eliminate impurities; next, a precise roll-coating method is employed to apply one or more layers of liquid paint; finally, the coated steel undergoes baking and controlled cooling to ensure proper adhesion of the paint.
