Galvalume steel coils are produced through a hot-dip process with a coating composition of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon. This unique alloy delivers outstanding resistance to corrosion, acids, and humidity, along with excellent heat tolerance and paint adhesion. Its smooth, spangled surface and strong formability make it ideal for demanding architectural, industrial, and appliance applications.
