Hot Dip Galvanizing Production Process:

Raw materials (cold rolled steel coils) → uncoiling → cutting head and tail → welding → spraying by alkali liquor→scrubbing by alkali liquor→ electrolytic degreasing → water scrubbing → hot air drying → entry looper → reduction and annealing → hot dip galvanizing → zinc layer control (air knife) → cooling → finishing → stretching, bending and straightening → purification → drying → exit looper → coil unloading → coil weighing → packaging → warehousing

Introduction:

Galvalume is a product very similar to Galvanized steel with better corrosion resistance(up to three times the life of galvanized steel ).The superior properties of Galvalume arise from the unique composition ( 43.5%Zn, 1.5% Si, 55% AL) of the metallic coating. Applications include roofing base material for pre-painting.Hot-dip aluzinc steel sheet is substrated on cold rolled steel(CRC)in various strength and specification Coating composition is 55％aIuminum in weight ratio．43 4％zinc．and 1 5％silicon with excellent corrosion and heat resistance performance.
