Introduction:

Galvalume (abbreviation:GL steel) is hot plating on the surface of steel plate with Al55%,Zn43.5%,Si l.5% ,the surface is smooth,has a good rsistance to atmospheric corrosion,heat resistant oxidation.55% aluminum steel plate is a product produced by continuous hot-dip galvanizing process with cold-rolled steel coil as substrate . The whole structure is composed of aluminum, one iron, one silicon and one zinc, forming a compact four element crystal. Heat plated aluminum, zinc and silicon (GL) products, with various strength and thickness of the cold rolled steel plate as the base material, on the surface of the strip, heat plating aluminum (AL55%), zinc (ZN43.4%), silicon (S11.6%) alloy, have excellent corrosion resistance.After passivation and oiling treatment , it will not deteriorate during short-term storage in the plates .

Industrial instrumentation: vending machine . electric control cabinet, industrial refrigeration cabinet.

Construction: the shutter , the roof of the building , the garage door, the exterior wall , the fence.

Automobile industry:the bottom part of the car body, road signs , automobile muffler, exhaust pipes and a catalytic converter heat shield .
