Galvalume Steel Coil introduction:

Galvalume steel is carbon steel coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy using a continuous hot-dip process, combining the corrosion protection and high-temperature resistance of aluminum with the formability and galvanic protection of zinc.The aluminized zine silicon steel plate is a structure of aluminum zinc alloy. It is made up of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon at 600 C. The whole structure is composed of aluminum, one iron, one silicon and one zinc, forming a compact four element crystal. Heat plated aluminum, zinc and silicon (GL) products, with various strength and thickness of the cold rolled steel plate as the base material, on the surface of the strip, heat plating aluminum (AL55%), zinc (ZN43.4%), silicon (S11.6%) alloy, have excellent corrosion resistance.Cold rolled steel plate has excellent plate shape, surface quality, high flatness, high surface finish, easy to coating processing and many varieties.
