2. Structure Description

The pump body, impeller and guard plate of LP pump are made of wear-resistant materials, with sample structure and easy installation, pump body with bolts fixed in the branch of the rack, the upper end of the bracket is placed with the bearing body which is adopted double row tapered roller bearings, the driving end uses a single row cylindrical roller shift which can bear maximum load of pump, and can easily change pulley to fit the speed of the pump to meet different working conditions. With split mounting plate on the bracket, it can be conveniently fixed on the steel frame foundation or concrete one. The pump should be immersed in the slag slurry when it works, the pump body suction inlet with a filter which can prevent large particles.

The structure or LP and LPR are almost same except the LPR type are lined with corrosion resistant rubber for the parts immersed in the slag slurry, the rubber parts include shaft, pump body, impeller,guard plate and filter screen, the connecting bolts of the lower part of the immersion are protected by rubber sleeve.

3.The extended shaft series adds a extra guide bearing part, equipped with a flushing water pump, which requires a certain amount of water and pressure.
