32NJ Series Thick Slurry Pump--Outlet Diameter 32mm

NJ series thick slurry pump is a new generation of high-efficiency, energy-saving, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant products developed by our company on the basis of many years of slurry pump design and production, absorbing the latest scientific and technological knowledge at home and abroad. It is widely used in metallurgy, coal, mine-mountain, building materials, chemical industry and other industries to transport high-concentration and high-viscosity slurry. The pump can be used in multiple stages within the allowable T: pressure (W3.6MPa).
Features
- In terms of structural design, compared with ordinary slurry pumps, the diameter of the pump inlet is increased, the number of impeller blades is reduced, and an inducer is installed to ensure that the pump has excellent cavitation performance and the ability to transport high-viscosity and high-concentration slurry;
- The flow channel is wide and the anti-clogging performance is good;
- Adopt impeller and packing combination seal or mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of slurry;
- The application of reliability design technology ensures that the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the whole machine is greatly improved;
- The metric bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the lubricating and cooling system is reasonably set to ensure that the bearing runs at the best temperature;
- Using the latest modern design theory and optimal design method (comprehensive application of CAD , CFD, CAPP and other technologies) to ensure excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear.
