Equipment introduction of aseptic storage tank:

       The aseptic storage tank system is mainly composed of aseptic tank, liquid level, pressure detection system, pressure backup system, etc.

1) Aseptic buffer tank-together with other systems, it provides a constant supply pressure and improves the continuous productivity of the production line.

2) Liquid level and pressure detection system-together with other systems to ensure the liquid level and upper positive pressure of the aseptic storage tank to ensure the safety of aseptic sanitary equipment.

3) Aseptic gas filtration and pressure backup system—Ensure that the upper pressure of the aseptic storage tank is positive, to ensure the safety of aseptic and sanitary equipment, and to improve the CIP cleaning effect.

System characteristics of aseptic storage tank:

1) Hygienic structure: All parts in contact with fluid are made of high-quality stainless steel.

2) CIP cleaning and pure steam SIP sterilization can be performed: The equipment is composed of heat-resistant parts, and can be cleaned and sterilized with steam, superheated water and designated chemical liquids.

3) The production safety of the aseptic storage tank system: the upper space of the aseptic storage tank always maintains a stable positive pressure requirement during the production process. During the production process, the gas used for pressure preparation in the aseptic storage tank is filtered through a sterile filter to minimize the impact of the gas on production safety and improve production safety. The sterile valve array is used during the CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization process. All pipelines can be cleaned and sterilized. No dead spots are left.

4) Simple operation: The system is centrally controlled by PLC, and all process detection can be displayed on the touch screen. Manually only need to set the parameters on the touch screen, and check the stability of the system operation through the data on the touch screen.
