    Code and data inspector adopts contactless on-line detection mode, and the detection principle is based on the world leading intelligent vision technology, which is close to the judgment ability of human beings.     The product is specially applied to the defect detection of the spray code, and the intelligent learning tool and the simple operation setting are adopted, and only qualified products are set, and the machine can automatically judge the defective products. Anyone can master the setting and application at the fastest speed. The code detection machine is developed on the basis of my company's first generation, and the second generation machine is mainly used to identify and test the single character. The missing of a single character and character integrity detection can be achieved.

Inspection Principle And Layout:

    Using contactless online detection method, the detection principle is based on the world leading level of intelligent vision technology. Using high precision camera, when the detected product passes under the detector, it can be quickly identified whether the spray code above the detected product is consistent with the correct spray code stored in advance, and whether the spray code is qualified or not can be judged by software processing, and then the unqualified cans(bottles) can be removed from the cans flow according to the judgment results.

    The detection system mainly comprises a human-computer interface, a code spraying detection unit and a rejector, wherein the human-machine interface comprises a touch screen, a tower lamp and an operation interface; the rejector is an executing mechanism of the system and is used for shunting or eliminating the unqualified cans.
