T-LINE technology professional image processing system can realize 360 degree omni-directional detection. Simple design of lift mechanism for changing bottle, through simple manual adjustment can quickly adapt to a variety of bottle types. Small inspection cabinet minimizes the area of equipment. The running state and fault condition are shown on the interface. The inspecting unit can also be configured as required by the customer.

The inspection module uses 4 CCD cameras and multiple light sources to take pictures from the front and back of the bottle from different angles, and to ensure efficient image acquisition. The main function is to inspect non- label, high label, low label, cohesion label and other unqualified bottles. The following figure shows the results and inspections of the simultaneous imaging of frontal and backlight images. It can be seen that the positive and lateral defects can be clearly obtained from the images, and complete the 360 degree omni-directional inspection function after the complementation is formed.
