4. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically.

Washing part is mainly composed of washing pump, cans spray mouth, water distributor, up turn-cage, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water takes and rinse water refluxing tank.

Filling machine:
Filling valves take high-precision mechanical valve, with the features of fast filling speed, high liquid level precision.
Filling valve adopts 304/316 materials to air-proof to realize the constant pressure filling.

Capping machine:
Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
