2. Double filter

    The double filter is composed of 2 filter chambers, one is using in production while the other one is taken for washing, it will enhance working efficiency in this way. The outer tank and filter mesh are all in SUS316 for easy washing, changing and maintenance.

3. Blending tank

    The mixing tank is made of SUS304 basing on the mixing material. 4.Homogenizer

1. The machine consists of horizontal type and vertical type. The drive system is composed of one-stage belt type and two-stage type with special speed reduction driving adopted three-plunger and multi-plunger respectively. Dynamic lubrication device consists of pressure oil pump lubricating system and auto-splash lubrication.

2. Driving system cranked axle is made of antifriction ball alloy cast iron under precision work, at the same time, on the surface of cranked axle adopts international advances laser external quenching process, the surface hardness is HRC55-60, due to netting thread formed, good lubricating status shall be improved enormously and kept, thus, useful life shall be extended

3. Made of high-quality stainless steel forged, the pump adopts straight type tee joint structure, which can prevent internal stress from being accumulated, as well as avoid crazing.

4. Homogenization Valve and plunger seals to satisfy the demands of customers, through improving design of homogenization, not only homogeneous efficiency is improved enormously, but also the products homogenized become more stable.

5. High temperature sterilizer

    High temperature sterilizer is used for high temperature instant extermination of bacteria inside juice. High efficiency, energy saving, simple operation and excellent effectiveness etc.

6. Juice storage tank

    The mixing tank is made of SUS304 basing on the mixing material.
