Steel Wire Rod Shot Blasting Machine Application
 
The surface descaling grade of the wire rod reach Sa2.5 level after cleaning, and the surface roughness level reach Ra6.3μm ~ 12.5μm. 
This machine use unique "revolving door + 4 meters double cantilever shaft" to load the wire rod in coils, it achieve duplex mode of operation, Cantilever shaft is made by special alloy steel, the wire cleaning action of "up and down + swing around + forward and reverse rotation" in the shot blasting process.The machine is controlled by PLC, with easy and reliable operation.

A. Delivery method: cantilever shaft loading ( When shot blasting, indoor cantilever shaft can works according to the PLC program: clockwise rotation, then counterclockwise; the rotation time is adjustable. Outdoor cantilever shaft is controlled by manual push-button, it is adjusted by staff through the electrical work station )
B. Productivity: 7-15min/cycle
C. Effective length: 4000mm-5500 mm (This machine is 4000mm, can be customized)
