FOR CLEANING DIVERSE WORKPIECES OF APPROXIMATELY THE SAME SIZE AND WEIGHT:

A specially developed range of standard machines equipped with the unique direct coupling blast wheels which require little maintenance, keep maintenance costs down to an absolute minimum and which ensure the highest possible rate of production is achieved.

The drum blast cleaning machines are equipped with a perforated rubber belt on which the workpieces tumble and are thus cleaned.

The machines - the comprehensively detailed specifications of which are to be found overleaf - are manufactured from heavy steel plate, manganese lined on the inside.

The rubber belt version prevents light, fragile workpieces from being damaged.

The abrasive flows through the holes in the belt into a collecting hopper and is poured into a storage bunker via the abrasive cleaner by means of an elevator. he newly developed abrasive separators ensure that the abrasive receives optimum cleaning and a high cleaning speed can be achieved.

The entire assembly complies with the strictest European standards. Thus - for instance - dust emissions from the dust collector are guaranteed to remain below 3 mg/m3.
