The hydraulic distributor Р80 is used for switching on/off and directing the working fluid between head flow generators (hydraulic pumps), head flow consumers (hydraulic cylinders, motors, etc.), and the tank. It is manufactured with up to 6 plungers

Directional control valves are one of the core elements in a hydraulic system. They help directing the fluid to different components such as hydraulic cylinders or motors.
Directional control valves perform three functions:
- Stop fluid flow
- Allow fluid flow
- Change direction of fluid flow.
There is a part called «spool» inside control valve which can be operated mechanically or electrically. The movement of the spool lets oil flow or blocks the oil flow in other words it controls the movement of fluid. Hydropack provide monoblock directional control valves with different capacities and spool control options.
* Spool is open center “A” spool with spring return. Working port threads (A & B) are G ½"
* Max. Pressure P: 315 bar, T: 50 bar, A-B: 300 bar
- Max operating pressure P = 3600psi (250 bar); T = 150psi (10 bar); A , B = 4300psi (300 bar)
- Tandem center, all spools are double acting with spring return in neutral position
- A, B ports 3/8' BSPP; P, T, N ports 1/2' BSPP (British Standard Parallel Pipe, not NPT)
- Adjustable relief valve: from 1500 to 3625 PSI
- specify if you need special spools, adapters, power beyond etc
Functions and features
1. Compact size, light and handy structure, small weight, simple operation and safety & reliability;
2. Series-parallel connection structure and external load retaining valve ensure that the actuating mechanism with higher load will not fall in operation.
3. Modules with different functions on the valve group can realize the switchover between single and dual pumps to improve working efficiency and save energy consumption.
4. Work group number can be added according to demand, 7 spools at most.
5. Complete configuration of primary and secondary overflow valves; Opening pressure to be adjusted as required by
customers;
