Maleic Modified Rosin Ester DR-130 is the slight yellow transparent solid,

with flake form or beads form, which is adducts of gum rosin and maleic anhydride

through the esterification by glycerol or pentaerythritol.

FEATURES :

1. Soluble in aromatic , ester, ketone solvents; insoluble in alcoholic solvents;

2. Stable color, resistance to yellowing and adhesion.

It is used in paint and coating industries ,for production of phenolic paints through polymerization with plant oils;

Improve hardness of paint films, gloss and rubbing property for Nitro paints.
