Excellent Colorrendering Aqueous Dispersant For Grinding Resin

Dispersant DR-3564 s used in aqueous systems, especially with good viscosity reduction effect of the system,

as well as stabilizing the pigment in flocculation function.

It is especially suitable for carbon black and organic pigments;

Strongly reduce the grinding viscosity;

It is mainly recommended for grinding containing resin;

Excellent tinting strength (color spread);

It does not contain solvents and ethoxynonylphenol .

Application:

Flexo and gravure inks, inkjet black water, industrial coatings, leather coatings, pigment concentrates.

The recommended dosage for the above applications is 1.0-5.0% of the abrasive material plus the abrasive resin and 1.0-5.0% of the abrasive material for the non-binder grinding.

Leather pre-coating primers, primers and topcoats based on polyurethane, acrylic, nitro and casein systems are recommended to be dosage 0.2~1.0%.

Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 12 months.
