Light Yellow Liquid Dispersing Agent For Solvent Based Gravure Printing​

Dispersing agent DR-20000 with a very good viscosity reduction effect,especially for gravure alcohol-soluble surface printing inks, alcohol-soluble printing, alcohol-soluble OPS inks.

Specification

Application:

1. Used for various solvent-based gravure printing, silk screen printing, UV screen printing ink systems disperse grinding carbon black and organic pigments;
2. Dispersion and grinding of alcohol-soluble, alcohol-ester-soluble, solvent-based colorants and pigments, also suitable for alcohol-water-soluble inks and coatings;
3. Dispersion and grinding of carbon black and organic pigments in automotive paint, industrial paint, plastic paint and other systems.

Usage:

DR-20000 is dissolved in a mixture of grinding base and then pigment is added for grinding.

Packaging and storage :

25kg iron drum/plastic drum.

Sealed storage, storage period at room temperature for 24 months.
