Good Adhesion Chlorinated Polypropylene Resin For PP Substrates

Chlorinated polypropylene resin DR-15S is a special acid-branch-modified chlorinated polyolefin,

which has good compatibility, high viscosity and good flexibility, and has good adhesion to PP substrates.

Main Properties:

It is used in color primers for polyolefin substrates without any pre-treatment such as plasma, flame and solvent cleaning;

Excellent adhesion at low baking temperature;

Good compatibility with other resins and good flexibility.

Application 

1. It has excellent adhesion effect on PET, PP, PP/EPDM substrates.

2. Bumper polypropylene binder, PP, PET, PS, PVC, anticorrosive coating binder.

3. Good compatibility, can be directly added to acrylic, alkyd and other coatings

4. Excellent interlayer adhesion with topcoats, such as polyester/melamine baking paint and polyurethane system.
