Excellent Substrate Wettability Leveling Agent For Adhesives

Leveling agent DR-3510 is a highly effective silicone surface additive. It is especially recommended to improve the wettability of polyurethanes, epoxy, acrylates, and adhesives on substrates.

Application:

1. It is a silicone surface additive for solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based systems. Suitable for coatings, inks, UV light-curing systems, adhesives, and room-temperature curing plastic systems.

2. It drastically reduces the surface tension of coatings and printing inks, so it can improve substrate wetting and prevent shrinkage. At the same time, it improves surface slip and gloss. In aqueous systems, anti-blocking properties can be improved.

Suggestion for use:

Can be added at any stage of production, including post-addition.

Dosage: 0.05-0.3 % Based on the total formulation, water-based and UV systems can be added up to 1%.The most suitable dosage is determined through a series of tests.

Packaging and storage :

25kg/drum.

When the temperature is below 5 °C, turbidity and delamination may occur, please heat to 20 °C and mix well before use.

Store tightly sealed at room temperature and have an expiration date of 24 months.
