Chlorinated polypropylene DR-105P is yellowish irregular flaks,used as an adhesion promoter in polyolefin automotive bumper coatings.
It is often used as an adhesion promoter in polyolefin automotive bumper coatings. In addition, it is able to establish structural adhesion between polypropylene and other materials such as aluminum foil, fiber paper, polyester and other plastics.
Key features
DR-105P is a high-performance chlorine modified resin, which is composed of isometric high-grade PP chlorinated and grafted with functional groups. After melting into a liquid state, it has excellent adhesion to various types of PP/PE plastic materials, and has a good affinity with most commonly used solvent-based resins, which is widely used in advanced coating systems.
