Application
It has excellent adhesion effect on PP, PP/EPDM substrates;
It has good compatibility and can be directly added to acrylic, alkyd and other coatings;
Excellent interlayer adhesion to topcoats, such as polyester/melamine baking and polyurethane systems;
The solution has good low temperature stability (20% toluene solution, 5 °C);
Slightly soluble in 1,6 hexanediol diacrylate, can be used in ultraviolet curing system.
Recommended addition and Usage
When mixing with resin, test the optimal ratio.
It is dissolved into 30% by stirring toluene or xylene. For environmental considerations (prohibition of benzene), the solvent can be changed to butyl acetate or methylcyclohexane/butyl acetate = 1/1. Dosage 5-10% .
Storage
Keep away from heat and fire.
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place with the container kept tight.
Store at 10 °C to 25 °C.
DR-414P and its solution are stored at 25 °C in the dark.
