Good Dispersion Polyurethane Resin For Black Printing Ink

PU ink binder DR-3609 is a non-reactive plasticized polyurethane resin. It is developed for flexible or gravure printing of OPP and polyester films.

Characteristics of Polyurethane Resin:

2. Good glossiness and yellowing resistance.
3.  Soft, excellent resistance to knead.
4.  Animal and vegetable oil resistant, water resistant.
5. Good solubility in alcohol.

Applicable substrate of Polyurethane Resin:

The ink produced by this product is suitable for corona treated BOPP, CPP, PE, PET, PVDC and other substrates.

Compatibility of Polyurethane Resin:

DR-3609 has good compatibility with NC system, aldehyde ketone resin, rosin modified maleic anhydride resin, etc.

Solubility of Polyurethane Resin:

Soluble in esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.

Storage of of Polyurethane Resin:

This product should be stored in a cool, dry place with a validity of 12 months.

If it is not used after opening, please seal it immediately and keep away from fireworks.

If contact with skin, please wash with soap and plenty of water.
