It has good anti- fingerprint performance and good fingerprint residual effect. Work together with silica matting powder in 2K PU wood coating, can provide the coating with  very soft hand-feeling, lasting matting effect, and very good abrasion resistance. It also has a  synergistic anti-settling effect, to prevent the settling of silica matting agent. When work with  silica matting agent, the general ratio of Micro PE wax and silica’s is s around 1:1- -1:4.

Very good grindability and smoothness, provide the matting, slippery, hardening, abrasion and  scratch resistance effects when be used to powder coating.

Good hardness, higher melting point, it can provide excellent anti-scratch and anti-stick effects  in different kinds of systems.

Addition level and Processing instructions:

In a variety of systems, the addition amount of micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.

Usually by way of a direct high-speed stirring, it can disperse in solvent-based coatings and ink.

It can be added by using a variety of grinding machines, and high-shear dispersing device. Must  pay attention to the control of temperature.

Can make a wax pulp with the wax concentration at 20-30% by pre-dispersing treatment, add it  into the systems when needed, by which can reduce the dispersion time.

PE wax is non-dangerous goods. Please store it away from ignition sources and strong oxidants.
