Characteristics and Purposes:

In powder coatings, DR-1595 is an excellent lubricant and hardener. The product has white color, moderate viscosity and good thermal stability, and needs to be added in the process of internal extrusion, which can play a very good role in screw lubrication and hardening effect on the surface of the coating, with an addition amount of 0.5%-3%.

In some solvent-based offset and gravure inks, DR-1595 can provide good abrasion and scratch resistance, with an addition amount of 0.5-2%.

It can also be used in hot-melt road sign paints with an addition of 5-20%. 

In other industries, the addition amount is generally between 1-20%.

This product  is  non-dangerous  goods. Please store it away from ignition sources and strong oxidants.
