Characteristics and application: 

It can be used for nitrocellulose and acid-curing resins and other paints to improve sandability, and can be transferred with high shear dispersion equipment or ball mills, the mixing time should not be less than 15 minutes in order to ensure the full wetting of each particle .

When used in powder coatings, post-addition is recommended to increase the charge of powder coatings, and on porous surfaces such as cast iron, the wax powder can act as a degassing agent. In the HAA curing system, it can work in tandem with benzoin to reduce the yellowing of benzoin. The addition amount is generally not more than 1.5%.

Content and Method of Use

In different systems, the amount of wax powder is generally between 0.5-3%.

Solvent-based paints and inks can usually be directly dispersed by high-speed agitation.

It can be joined by a variety of grinders and high shear dispersing equipment.

It can be pre-dispersed and added to the system when needed, which reduces the dispersion time of the wax powder.
