Excellent Anti-pitting Properties Wetting Agent For Water Based Coating

Wetting agent DR-270 is a polyether-modified silicone copolymer wetting agent,with excellent anti-pitting properties in water-based,solvent-based, and radiation-cured coatings, and improves substrate wettability.

1.It significantly reduces the surface tension of the system, improves wetting of the substrate, and enhances vertical penetration into porous substrates, preventing issues such as pinholes and shrinkage. 

2. It can effectively increase the fluidity of the system and improve application performance.

3. Good compatibility, suitable for various varnish and colored paint systems.

Application:

Recommended for general industrial paints, high-solids industrial coatings, wood coatings, printing inks, leather coatings, etc. 
The suggested addition amount is 0.1-1.0% of the total system, and the optimal amount should be determined through a series of tests. It is recommended to add during the paint formulation stage. It is advisable to test foam stability before use.

Packaging and storage :

25kg /drum or 200kg/ drum; The shelf life of unopened products is 24 months. 

Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from fire sources and heat; it should be kept dry and protected from direct sunlight.
