Micronized PE wax DR-1512 is HDPE wax, with high softening point, heat resistance, high hardness, and very good dispersity.

• Suitable for solvent-based printing inks which can greatly improve the abrasion resistance
• Reduces the coefficient of friction with good adaptability to benzene-soluble, alcohol-soluble, and ester-soluble inks
• Provides excellent abrasion and scratch resistance for various surface coatings
• Widely used in plastic paint, coil coatings, wood coatings, industrial paints and other fields
• Used in powder coating to provide high hardness, increase scratch resistance, and assist in matting
• Will not smoke under 180℃ baking conditions

• Addition amount of micronized wax is generally between 0.2 to 3% in various systems
• Typically dispersed in solvent-based coatings and inks through direct high-speed stirring
• Can be added using various grinding machines and high-shear dispersing devices
• Temperature control must be carefully monitored during processing
• Can create wax pulp with 20-30% wax concentration through pre-dispersing treatment
• Adding pre-dispersed wax pulp reduces dispersion time when needed
