Characteristics and Applications
- HDPE wax with high softening point, excellent heat resistance, high hardness, and very good dispersity
- Suitable for solvent-based printing inks, significantly improving abrasion resistance
- Reduces coefficient of friction with good compatibility with benzene-soluble, alcohol-soluble, and ester-soluble inks
- Provides excellent abrasion and scratch resistance for various surface coatings
- Used in powder coatings to provide high hardness, enhance scratch resistance, assist in matting, and remains stable without smoking under 180℃ baking
