Plastic Mold (Mould) production process
1. 3d Design/Samples for quotation: According to 3D drawing or samples for quotation.
2. Negotiations: Including the price of moulds, moulds sizes, material for cores & cavities, weight of product, product color, payment, moulds lifetime, delivery, etc.
3. Purchasing Order : After the customer confirming the mould design and quotation.
4. Making mold(moulds): Confirm drawing, start to do DFM, mold flows and mold detail agreed with the customer, start producion.
5. Production schedule: Every week we will feedback to the customer about the mold progress(picture).
6. Sample shoot: We provide the moulds test samples for confirmation(about 10-15 piece), we will start mass

③ Project Data
2D or 3D drawings should be provided by customer, should our team assist in modify of files or drawings,there maybe extra cost.
④ Lead time
DFM Report sumbit: 2-5 working days depends on the project. Mold Design:7-10 working days. FOT Time is Calculate from the date when customer approved the mold design.
⑤ Tolerance
Based on our general tolearance unless customers drawings with speicification.
⑥ Tooling Life guaranteed
Guaranteed: 1 million shots , guaranteed the period of 2 years after mold delivered.

A & B Plate S136, Ejecctor Plate Top - P20, Ejector plate bottom - P20, others P20 Steel;

LKM COPY Standard.(Purchase from Local manufacturer)

⑪ Plastic Material for Trial
The resin for mold trial shall be supplied by customer and customer's duty on delivery to our factory, Unless otherwise specified.
⑫ Mold Trial Samples
Inclued Mold trial for 3 times, 10 shots for free charge each mold trial. The quotation will be offered for the extra parts if needed.
