Theory:
UV aging testing machine is By simulating UV radiation and condensation in natural sunlight, the material was subjected to an accelerated weathering test to obtain the results of weatherability of the material. It can simulate the environmental conditions of UV, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and darkness in the natural climate. By reproducing these conditions, they are combined into a loop and it is automatically executed to complete the cycle times.
User-friendly design:
1.Unique design mirror reflection system to ensure a large and sufficiently uniform in exposure, also can enhance light irradiance and shorter sample exposure time.
2.Slides out of sample tray for easy placement of multiple samples, it can be placed on the bottles, test tubes, petri dishes and other special samples.
3.Can be interchanged the Xenon lamp with U.S brand, the life of lamp up to 1500 hours.

1. UV aging test machine can do two kinds of testing: aging and anti-yellowing.
2. Aging: the machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. It’s generally thought that test for one day at 70°C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.
3. Anti-yellowing: the machine stimulate the atmosphere environment, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It’s generally thought that the appearance change at 50°C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.
It has the following performance characteristics:
The heating mode is the inner tank heating, fast heating and uniform temperature distribution
The drainage system uses reflux type and U-type sedimentation device to drain water
The distance between the sample surface and the UV lamp plane is 50 mm and parallel
The actual studio consists of test samples and supports to form the inner wall of the box, trapezoidal
Automatic water refill of tank water level
