New engine
1. The exhaust emission of engine reaches Euro 3 standard
A variety of advanced technology crystallization new engine, to minimize the particulate matter, nitrogen oxides, black smoke emissions. Strictly abide by the exhaust emission regulations implemented in Europe, the United States and Japan.
2. Standard configuration engine idling automatic function
Eliminate idling phenomenon in standby, reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emission. Because the engine stops and the timer stops, the asset value of the equipment is maintained.
3. Automatic idle function to reduce engine speed
When the operating handle is neutral, it will automatically reduce the engine speed, reduce unnecessary fuel consumption, reduce noise and exhaust emissions, and the speed will recover smoothly again.
4. Achieve low noise and soft sound quality
The new electronically controlled common rail engine achieves low noise with its unique fuel injection mode. Moreover, the improvement of the hydraulic pump also effectively controls the harsh sound generated when the hydraulic oil circuit is holding pressure.

New hydraulic system

1. A new generation of electronically controlled engine
EGR equipment is equipped in the common rail ultra-high pressure injection engine to reduce the intake temperature and inhibit the oxygen concentration. Through the coordinated control of multi-stage injection, the pursuit of maximum fuel combustion efficiency, play a strong low torque. The fuel cost is saved and the emission of PM (particulate matter) and NOx (nitrogen oxides) is greatly reduced.
2. Integrated control through advanced ITCs system
The latest ITCs system, which controls the new generation of engine, can restrain the power loss of engine to the maximum extent when the hydraulic load changes sharply, and make the mechanical response more sensitive.
Stable car body and strengthened working device
In the car body and working device using durable structural parts, to ensure a reliable high-strength structure, so that the machine is more suitable for the demand of load operation.
1. Hd (high strength) forearm
At the bottom of the small arm, four stiffeners are added, and the length of the stiffeners is extended.
2. Bucket
