Kubota u15-3s excavator is a small hydraulic excavator without tail, with a total weight of 1570kg and a bucket capacity of 0.04m3. Tailless rotation + boom lateral displacement = two magic weapons of barrier free construction. It is equipped with boom lateral displacement device and adjustable bulldozer plate, which can realize smooth, fast and powerful operation.
The telescopic variable frame is another feature of U15. The frame width can be changed through the simple operation of the operating lever on the side of the cab to adapt to the working environment in a narrower space. The width is 990 mm when shrinking and 1 240 mm when stretching.
U15 adopts the independent 3-pump hydraulic system of boom, stick and slewing, and is equipped with control valve and variable displacement pump with wider control range. Through this system, the simultaneous quadruple action of bucket, boom, stick and slewing can be realized, ensuring the fast, smooth and powerful operation ability.
At the same time, U15 is also equipped with luxury seats, safety rod locking operation design (in order to prevent the working device from rotating and walking due to misoperation, the engine can only be started when the safety rod is locked), body protection design (boom cylinder is set at the back of the boom, so there is no need to worry about damaging the boom cylinder when transferring to the 2T dump truck), and built-in hose design (front hose, inspection hose) All working devices, such as trimming and piping, have built-in hose to prevent damage.
