The flat die fertilizer making machine working, power is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission mechanism, and the main shaft drives the roller to rotate; the material rotates with the roller and is forced to be squeezed between the die and the roller, the continuous pressing force of the roller on the material is formed; under the above action mechanism, the material is continuously pressed into the die hole, and finally extruded from the die hole to form columnar shape pellets.
The organic fertilizer making machine can produce different diameter size of pellets from diameter 2mm to 10mm, by change the flat die of the machine, other parts no need change. The output pellets with columnar shape, and if you want to making ball like pellets, we can provide the ball shaper machine to connecting with the flat die pellet machine. Which can process the columnar shape pellets into small ball type pellets.
