Product Description
Our Hot Dipped Galvanized Gabion Wall Baskets are woven boxes made from low carbon steel wire with high corrosion resistance, strength, and extensibility. Also known as stone cage nets or baskets (called "Gabion" in Europe), these structures are filled with stones at construction sites to create flexible, permeable, and integrated structures that adapt to various soil conditions and foundation deformations without compromising structural integrity.
The permeability of gabion nets facilitates water flow and creates conditions for natural exchange between water and soil, supporting plant growth and ecological balance.

Galvanized Steel Wire: High-quality low-carbon steel wire (2.0mm-4.0mm diameter) with tensile strength ≥380Mpa. Surface protection through hot-dip galvanization (up to 300g/m² coating) customized to client requirements.
Galfan Steel (Zinc-5% Aluminum Alloy): Advanced material offering 3× the corrosion resistance of traditional galvanization. Available in 2.0mm-4.0mm diameters with ≥380Mpa tensile strength.
PVC/PE Coated Galvanized Wire: Low-carbon steel wire with protective PVC/PE coating for enhanced durability in polluted environments. Available in various colors for environmental integration.
PVC Coated Galfan Wire: Combines the corrosion resistance of galfan alloy with protective polymer coating, available in multiple colors for aesthetic applications.
Manufacturing Process
Our gabions feature:
- Single-mold construction with integrated edge, end, and bottom plates (only cover plates are separate)
- Length/width tolerance ±5%, height tolerance ±5%
- Internal partitions every 1 meter for structural stability
