Our PVC coated welded wire mesh is made of high-quality galvanized iron wire with an outer PVC coating, classified as rust resistance Level III. This dual-layer protection significantly enhances durability while providing an attractive appearance. Please refer to our Product Grades chart above. Materials are classified from Grade I (highest quality) to Grade VI (most economical) based on zinc coating and quality level.
PVC coating is applied after galvanization, providing additional protection and aesthetic appeal. PVC coated mesh offers double-layer anti-corrosion with attractive colors suitable for decorative applications.
Minimum order quantity is 50 rolls for standard products. Custom products require negotiation. Sample orders have no MOQ.
