Our galvanized welded wire mesh is produced using low-carbon iron wire formed by precise mechanical spot welding, followed by surface treatment with dipping galvanized technology. The mesh surface is smooth and uniform with excellent structural integrity.
- Electro-galvanized: Cold galvanizing technology with zinc coating thickness of 5-30 microns, suitable for shorter-term corrosion resistance.
- Hot-dip galvanized: Zinc forms an interpenetration bond with base material, coating thickness up to 100 microns, providing superior corrosion resistance (10+ years in normal environments).
- Available in various grades (IV-VI) for building insulation and anti-cracking applications
- Hot-dip galvanized rolls (Grade III-IV) ideal for animal cages with smooth surfaces that won't harm animals
- Strict quality control ensures uniform mesh with minimal defects (≤3 broken welds per meter)
