5-layer sintered wire mesh is a standard type for the sintering mesh. Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined, and then sintered together through being vacuum sintered, compressed, and calendared, forming a porous product. we also have other multi-layers sintered mesh, such as 6 layers sintered mesh, 7 or 8 layers.

- Material: Stainless steel 316 L, stainless steel 304, 304 L, 316, Monel, Hastelloy, and other materials can be custom produced.
- Filtration accuracy: 0.5 micron to 200 microns.
- Heat resistance: 800 °C.
- Standard thickness: 1.7 mm for 5 Layers; (3.5 mm for 6 Layers.)
- Standard size: 500 mm × 1000 mm, 600 mm × 1200 mm, 1000 mm × 1000 mm, 1200 mm × 1200 mm, 1500 mm x 1500 mm, other sizes can be made according to the customers’ requirement.
- Maximum size: 1500 mm × 1500 mm.
