titanium or other alloys. By sintering, sintered metal filter cartridges provide the advantage of high temperature resistance up to 1000℃

To simplify your installation, we offer sintered metal filter cartridge with varieties of end cap types to be selected, such as222,226,SOE,DOE.Certainly,customization service is always permitted for your special application needs.

 

  • Filtration accuracy options: 1 2 5 10 15 20 25 30 40 50 100 150 200 μm.
  • Material: stainless steel, monel, hastelloy, titanium, super duplex, and other metal alloy.
  • Temperature condition: 600 degree
  • Diameter of cartridges: 10mm to 500mm
  • Height of cartridges: 10mm to 5000mm
  • Filtering direction: FITO, FOTI or as per your request.
  • Shape: cylinder, conical, candle, sheet, plate or ect…
  • End fitting of cartridges: DOE, 226 double o-ring, 222 double o-ring, NPT BSPT thread, other standard thread, flange, tri-clamp quick mount flange / sanitary ferrule adapter, other customized solutions.
  • Sealing material for cartridges: Buna-N (NBR), EPDM, Silicone, PTFE, Viton (FKM), other fluoride sealing material.
